Giving Up Sugar

Plenty of people give up sugar.  I started out weak.  I just gave up soda, and that eliminated quite a bit of sugar from my diet.  I got rid of some of my acne, I got rid of some of my fat.  Frankly I got rid of some gas as those little bubbles can cause harm, and I could run faster as for some reason soda interferes with that whole process.  But frankly, giving up artificial sugar all together took it one step farther and gave me one step more in results.  These sugars are not found in fruits, vegetables, or other plants, so you’re safe there.  They’re generally found in breads, pastas, other carbs, and candy of course.  It makes you nervous and has a clear link between anxiety, depression, and otherwise.  It makes you fat by containing an excess level of carbohydrates.  It messes with your blood sugar, and all of this stress quite frankly causes your skin to freak out and overproduce on some things.  So this naturally causes more acne in general terms.  So it’s worth looking into at least reducing your general sugar intake.  Plus it also kills your teeth.  So that’s definitely something worth looking into in order to deal with your greater problems in general terms.
